The Cockburn Wetlands Education Centre is located amongst the beautiful surrounds of the Bibra Lake Reserve. It is surrounded by a diversity of bushland, wetlands and includes an amazing array of wildlife. The Centre programs provide a unique opportunity for students to connect and interact with nature.
Whole day excursions are available and are fully supervised and guided by staff with teaching experience and an intimate knowledge of the surrounds. The Centre is unique in being not only an educational facility but an operational landcare facility with seed production areas and nursery facilities. It undertakes annual revegetation programs and has more than 21 years of experience in wetland and bushland rehabilitation.
